The sticker price isn't the price. Onboarding fees are.
For Airbnb and vacation-rental hosts: we compare the property managers on what they actually cost in year one, setup fees and all, and tell you which fits your portfolio. Not a guide written by Guesty or Hostaway.

Assumptions: a 10-listing portfolio; Year-1 real = 12 months of list price (annual billing where offered) plus onboarding. Hospitable and Lodgify are self-serve published prices; Hostaway and Guesty are sales-gated, shown as operator-reported estimates, confirm your own quote. Under 15 listings, Hospitable wins on price by a mile.
About $900 a year, no setup fee, self-serve. Lodgify runs ~$3,800 but builds you a direct-booking site; Hostaway and Guesty only make sense once you need their automation depth, and their setup fees and sales-gated quotes are where the real cost hides. Pay more on purpose, not by surprise.
